Cyr and German Wheel Classes for

teens 15+ and adults

Adults and teens 15+ looking for a fitness program with a difference can choose between German Wheel and Cyr Wheel.

Or why not to try both?

You will spin your way to an improved balance, core and lower and upper body strength. Your blood will start flowing as you turn upside down, relieving stress after a long day of work or study.  You will be challenged to overcome your fears and will meet new people. 

Join us for ongoing term classes, intensive 3-4 day masterclass events or  private one-on-one coaching tailored to your specific needs. 

  • Term Classes

    You know that your body needs regular exercise, right? We offer weekly hour-long sessions of Cyr and/or German Wheel where you will start with the basics of wheel handling and proceed to performing some cool tricks. We will mess around with your sense of balance, challenge your body to move in a way you never moved before and help you to improve all body strength.

  • Intensive Program

    Not ready to commit to term classes or prefer a short but more intensive program? Join us for one of the masterclass events. Held over 4- 5 days it's a great way to give wheel gymnastics a go and be inspired by advanced wheelers.

  • Private Classes

    Prefer one-on-one training or want to work on a particular skill? You can book a private class with Ludwig at the time that suits you (pending venue and Ludwig’s availability). Private classes are open for wheelers of all levels and ages. Ludwig will be a Genie to your Aladdin and will work with you to create a program tailored to your desires… we mean training goals.

What you need to know:

  • wear comfortable clothes and a fitted top as you go upside down

  • you will need canvas lace up shoes as they must be tight on your foot and have thin soles (we recommend shoes like Converse, indoor soccer or martial arts shoes)
